Talk about something (one thing) that affects someting else (causes some things to occur). What is that (one) thing and what are those some things and how/why?
I watched old clips on Youtube last night. It was a show interviewing a very young teen of twelve who is a star I have seen him on the show since he was a kid. The hosts asked him about his feeling towards P Aum Patchrapa and his interest to be one in her nursery. Remember he was only twelve. It is this kind of question that affects teenagers' attitudes and behaviors.
This is an example of the (one) thing--this kind of question--that resullts in other things. By the way, please elaborate on how/why as well.
There was an oil leak at a well in the Gulf of Mexico that lasted almost three months. They finally stopped the oil from gushing into the ocean last week. This problem affects many living thing in the Gulf. Many people have lost their jobs and way of life because of this disaster. Fishermen can no longer fish in the Gulf, oil rig workers cannot work, and tourist locations and sea-side restaurants have lost business. Also, because the devastating pollution this has caused, fish and other animals of the sea are dying or are being forced from their habitats. Gasoline prices will now rise world-wide because of the loss of such great amounts of oil.

Some animals could die because of starving. Not only foods were affected, but also the climate change did. The weather will become stronger and destroy many things on world surface. Dead spirits in the drought condition
ReplyDeleteDrought situation in my community, Don Chai, now reached the crisis state. Since the Lao river, a stream of spiritual life which sustains hundreds of people in my community is dried out. There were neither aquatic animals nor water found in the river. The river dried as a bone --soils exposed in several kilometers in length. Nonetheless, many factors lead to draughts, which are natural forces and the way of cultivation. In spite of this, drought that affected lifestyles of my local people were not causing by the natural disaster itself – it caused by the people who live in another community at the upstream. They were lacking of self-consciousness. Some said they were dead spirits because they not only saved the water for consuming, but they also blocked the water to flow to another community. They consumed that water among their village by letting the water flowed from dam to their canal to serve their consumption activities, and their fields. Therefore, my community lacked of water for consumption. Specially, all places were in dry condition, especially agriculture sector – drought put huge effect to agriculture products. All crops hit by drought. However, there was not only my village suffering from their act, dead spirits people, another village also suffered from their action. Finally, there was a meeting on this issue. They agreed to destroy the concrete structure that the dead spirits people blocked and let the water runs normally. Briefly, it is predictable that we may suffer this problem next time. I know that the season will go much terrible. However, natural force, drought, is not worse as drought on human spirits, dead spirits.

Poverty affects the likelihood of progressing through school to attain formal educational qualifications. Children from poorer backgrounds are more likely to play truant and to be excluded from school. Moreover, being a victim of crime can have a more devastating effect on people on low incomes because they may not have home contents insurance. Children and young people living in poor households and their families often experience difficulties in accessing and benefiting from services. . Barriers to accessing services can be physical such as distance, lack of transport, cost of transport and having limited mobility or due to the stigma attached to accessing them or self reliance.Furthermore, Children from poor families are often excluded from participating in school activities through financial disadvantage and feel the pressure of social stigma through ‘inappropriate’ dressing and through receiving free school meals.

One of a problem is productivity that causes by the farmer and the gardener use the land to do agricultural practice in the wrong way. For example, shifting cultivation, consequently; it changes of water use in irrigation problem that makes the lack of water in summer. It also affects the level of precipitation increased. If they have no water, they can’t make agriculture, and lost their crops. When people lack of water, it is the big problem that effects on human directly. As a result, there are many impacts, namely the soil erosion, general environmental pollution, minerals and elements would lose due to the climate change. In conclusion, not only government has to make the policy to avoid destroying the environment, but also people have to know the effects of climate change. Therefore, all humans should decrease their own selfish habit; turn off the light when it is not necessary, and so on for saving our world.

This video clip is about a very young Indonesian boy, he was only 2 years old. His name is Ardi Rizal. He is smoking at least 40 cigarettes per day. He is very fat boy and can’t go anywhere like other children. He just sits on the go-cart. If he wants a cigarette, he will cry and his mother must give it to him. The reason that a very young boy smokes is his father. Last year his father offered him a cigarette. It brought a little boy became to smoke addict. As a result, the young boy is smoked. There are many negative effects to other children around his area. They try to smoke like Ardi Rizal. They think it is very good behavior, but it is not. I am blaming Ardi Rizal’s parent. They are the only ones responsible for their own child, especially at this age. I think it is very decadent in Indonesia.

In a present day, many people—all ages—use this program to connect and communicate with friends. In this program, it does not provide the language prove feature, so we can type anything we want: rude words and wrong spelling words. Wrong spelling words seem to be the tiny mistake, but for students like us it is terrible. When we write some paragraphs in class room, we will see that there are many misspelling words used, and we cannot think of the correct one. Surprisingly, we becomes familiar with that misspelling language. For example, this sentence “Hey!, my fren. How r u?” The word “fren” is correct in our senses because we usually use it when we are chatting, and the important is other people still understand. Moreover, we can forget the correct words, and use the wrong one as our main language. On Wednesday 21, 2010 I had 4 classes and one make-up class started at 8 o’clock in the morning until 8 o’clock in the night. I had to pay a lot of attention to every class because they are all a major- subject. All of these four subjects did not have any time for me to take some break. Moreover, there were two quizzes which the time had linked. Its means that after I finished first quiz, I had only 10 minute to get to another room and took another quiz. Then, I would not studied the make-up class also can’t under stood the entire of lesson because I’m tired and hungry so much. Therefore, I have a headache and a bit of fever after I got back to my dorm. When there was a 9 rectors’ earth quake which has stronger power than 30,000 grenades of atomic bomb was affect to the occurrence of a terrible giant tsunami wave. From that effect, tsunami came and swooped down the seashores from the area of Sumatra Island to the Andaman and it brought such a great unpleasant result. Many people were affected from this situation. For instance, people lost their land and properties, animals are died, people lost their natural resource, people lost their friends and families because over 1.6 people were death. All of these instances also affect to the tourism industry of many countries. As people know that, there are lots of tourist attractions in this area and there were many people planed to come before this situation happened. But all the programs had to be canceled in the list of hotel reservations, tourist agencies, airline tickets, transportation services, restaurants and so on. Besides that, tsunami has affected to the economic problems and it brought people a PTSD which is a new mental disorder that can possibly occurred in the person who feared of natural disaster as well. ReplyDeleteIn the early of September 1st 1990, one life stopped in the little house at Huai Kha Khaeng. Life of Seub Nakhasathien, he devoted his life to the most treasure, the forest and animal. Exactly, his death was not wasteful because his death affected to other things. The first effect occurred after he died which is the lesson for government to concentrate in the problem of the forest and animal. Many organizations tried to solve and preserve the forest. Then, when people preserve and reforested the forest, product of this result was the big new home animal. The animal had the plentiful forest to live and food for survive. Not only animal could get benefit from the verdurous forest, people also had advantage from it. Because of the abundant forest, people had river source to make pure water for consuming. People had the place for rest when they were tried from work. However, his death was not only to others, it affected to my mind. When I heard his story, it gave me the lesson. Death of Seud taught me about value of life. Every life has value in itself. I should love others life as I love myself. Love the forest as it is my family. If death of Seud was waste, today we may have no green in land of Thailand.

When I was stay in my dormitory on the afternoon and I was hungry, I was open the window to see the burning sunlight. I think, I will not go out from here until the sunlight was slow down. To sleeping well helps us to be healthy because when we are sleeping, our body will relax and the internal organs will repair themselves. Therefore, sleeping is necessary thing to do; otherwise, you will have problems with your health. There are many variety effect of constant lack of sleep, for example a decayed physical health, and a decayed mental health.
A constant lack of sleep affect on physical health in many ways. For instance, you will want to eat food which is high fat and carbohydrate as I always feel hungry and desire to have snack and coffee at night. This effect makes you become fat and unhealthy. In addition to lack of sleep, you will look older because your eyes will be wrinkle, dark circles, puffy eye bags, and fine lines like as me now.
A constant lack of sleep also affect on mental health because you will be more stressful. For me, if I don’t have sleep well; I will feel bad and feel annoy everything and also everyone around myself.
A chronic lack of sleep has both short and long term negative effects as I described. Thus, you should manage your time for sleep at least 6-8 hours per day to be healthy. --Now, I am so sleepy but I cannot go to bed because an essay is waiting for me. Nevertheless, there is something that we need to consider before we take it in our mind. Last month, I read news about a high school student who is stressed out and later decided to burned down his school. The police asked him the reason in what he did. He said, “ I just copied what other adults do”. He added that he has been watching too much news on TV and he saw an angry of recent protesters set fire in many places to anti-government. So, he thought that this is the right solution he can do. This news reflected something to me that sometimes it’s true that children are not mature enough to distinguish between certain things yet. This children is too young, he still have a better chance with his life. However, he now was committed to a crime and had no future. Moreover, the result of his action causing about $4 million in damage. The fire that these children set it ablaze with gasoline fueled the books and quickly spread to the other floor of school building. To sum up, this is the case of example that what adults behaved might be influenced to children’s behavior to imitate.

The little six years old boy hung his head with a branch of tree because he imitated from the suicide scene in the series which showed on channel 3. Remember he was only six. ReplyDeleteThe basic requirement of parents is to look after their children’s life in best. Parents always provide their children delicious and nutritious foods by making or purchasing a meal. Surely, that meal must contain enough carbohydrate, protein, vitamin, mineral, and fat for their children’s physical need. In contrast way, several foods absolutely contain high cholesterol, and fat which sometimes parents do not aware about this. Also, children only follow their parents’ command to consume whatever they need. Many years go by, the collecting of high fat and cholesterol can cause children to get a risk of obesity. Even children are lovely, and seem to be good health because of their plump cheeks, parents surely do not know the internal health of their children. Moreover, if children get obesity, it will lead other diseases such as diabetes or high blood pressure toward. They will slowly suffer from diseases.
The main cause of obesity in children is due to the fact that love of parents becomes the main issue that affects on their children’s life. Be careful! Whatever you consume, it will affect your life toward.

Every time when rains were falling, I often look at the outside through the window or the door. I like to see an attractive line of rains that they are falling down obliquely at the same time. It is not only giving me to relax and be happy but also bringing me to the world of imaginations. However, I cannot keep my happy for a long time because of my personal imaginations. I usually image something blue or think of my unhappy story when the atmosphere likes this. Therefore, rains have extremely affected to my mind. I often feel sad and lonely if I am alone when rains fall because cooling and watery of the rains make my mind so scatters. Sometime I think that when my tears drop is not different from the rains fall at all. When I am tired from this feeling, and then I usually feel sleepy. I probably sleep as a worker is still work because inside my mind, the brain is still thinks or works all the time. This is a side effect of a seriousness of my mind. Subsequently, it is very easy to bring me to be a lazy person. Then, I became to a lazy person by the weather conductor. Since I am sensitive with the rains, so I automatically have both of blue thought and sleepiness which relate to my lazy habit for a long time.

ReplyDeleteIn Thailand, our tradition is different from the other country such as western tradition. Thai tradition is so strict. On the other hand, western tradition is free to do everything.
Nowadays, Thai people are receiving more western tradition and our lifestyles were changed from the past. It has advantag such as we feel free and so on. In civilization, we have modern lifestyles but we usually keep Thai tradition too. In Thailand, some people still keep old Thai tradition and against other traditions. It is a good thing to do that but sometime, it is very bad to use old tradition to judge the other people for example, people around a pregnant student pass judgment on her is a bad girl. Why they do not judge a man who makes love with her? Many people thinks, men will not wrong unlike women. It is not coequal. It is not fair to women. Yesterday, my friend tells me about pregnant student law about pregnant student can study in a school like another .My friends and I think, it is a good law that will help women has an opportunity to study but some people may say it is not good for Thai student. It is not Thai traditions. It may lead students to pregnant more and more. It is not wrong but it is good to pregnant student life. Thai traditions still affect to modern people.

For example, recently, a girl, who was six years old suicide by hanging follow the scene in the soap opera name Sai Sok (ไทรโศก). This situation made the sadness to her parent very much. This program is broadcasted about Thai superstars interviewing such as their life, activities, hobbies, etc. That night was the interviewing of Christ Horwang about her talent. Christ Horwang is a famous actress in Thailand, but the main of her occupation is a ballet teacher. She has taught foreign students about ballet dancing. Before she became a ballet teacher, she had to practice very hard from her alma mater till she got 16 pills to hold her pain. At the end she told to the audiences that everybody has their own talent it is a present from god, and a half that you have to find by yourself. After I listened her motto, I thought that this was an inspiration for me in order to achieve my goal. She said the right things to the audiences that can make them concentrated to their objects.

As I recall, a few years ago, a news report came out of Shanghai, China about how the city of Shanghai wanted to build the largest subway or monorail system in the world. But in order to do so, the city of shanghai had to clear out the area where the new transportation system was to be put in place. The feeling of the local government was that the transportation system would help benefit the entire city and help promote the city as a whole. But the fact of the matter is that when the area for the transportation system was cleared thousands of people were left homeless because their homes were in the construction zone of the new transportation system. The misplaced people received no aid to find new homes and were essentially left on the streets to fend for themselves. This story is a prime example of how one decision can impact thousands of others.

The overload of works within the limited time causes the stress for me. Despite it’s close to midterm examination, most of students including me still have the overload of works. The more works I get, but it’s the shorter time I have. It makes me have no time for enjoyable activities. I find myself being irritated when I know that the new order of assignments is available for me, and I have to submit them before midterm exam week. It means that the time of my preparation for midterm exam is decreased. I try hard to finish all of my assignments as much as I can, because I hope that I will get the longer time to review the lessons. I always work through the night and take the rest in just only 3 hours; however, it cannot help me to stop the stream of assignments that continue its flow. The things that I can do in this time is calming my mind down and preparing myself to be ready for any other things that can make me confused. Moreover, I think in the positive way that I am not alone in this serious world, there are many people who forced to face with stress in the same way as me. If I use it to be the lesson to improve my life, I will be stronger enough to fight with the stress no matter what its form.
